It's decidedly here.
I love looking up towards the mountains as the morning sun sets the maple aglow.
Along with the seasonal shift,
there are other developments on the family front.
Child #1 is headed to Jolly Ol' England
for an MBA degree at Oxford.
I remember telling this kid that it was okay by me if it took him
FOUR or FIVE years
to complete his junior high education. It was HIS deal. Humph!
I was relieved, however, when he made it through.
Now he's an extraordinary self starter.

Well, hats doffed to the sweet little blighter. Money flying through the air like snow - but what an adventure. He deserves every honor, and may all that glory shine exactly as it should upon his sainted mother. Hurrah for you all!!
Conrats on your son's acceptance at the oldest (and arguably the most prestigious) English language university on the planet. And now for a geeky question, how do you get your gorgeous photos to show up in the large format on your blog? Do you have to pay a fee for that blog format?
Son #1 is just plain awesome. Best son you've got.
Lovely!
